Unlike many search firms, we do not post open positions on our website. The reason is that most of our clients have already posted open positions on their website or perhaps even a job board of some kind. As most seasoned recruiters know, finding the best candidate is more about person to person contact and good old fashioned hard work. If simply posting a job on the internet was the answer, our clients would not need to call us. 

Secondly, for everyone's benefit, we do not believe in "luring" a good candidate into our office with a particular "dream" job posted on the internet, only to later say, sorry you are not a fit; that is, we do not believe in the bait and switch. Before we begin dialogue about a specific position with a particular company, we first seek to understand a candidate, their background, and their motivations.

As an overview to candidates and clients alike, following is a general listing of the areas that we typically cover and the positions that we recruit for on a regular basis. Other specialty areas should be inquired about directly.
